A course is always an investment for the future. In your case, participation in a course serves, in terms of probability, leisure activities. A certain amount of knowledge is a prerequisite for independent free action in the field. Your specialist knowledge increases your safety!
As a freelancer, I can design courses that are varied and individual in every respect.
In the alpine course I impart basic alpine climbing knowledge. We practise the most important knots and the construction of a stand. We will also take a close look at abseiling and the use of technical aids. I will give you an insight into the mobile safety devices such as Friends, clamping wedges and Co.
In addition, you will be taught rescue manoeuvres such as the pulley block and the ascent on the rope using a Prusik knot.
If desired, the construction of a cable car can be included in the course contents.
As a child I often dreamed of adventures in the snow. Today, after spending a few nights in igloos, I like to share this knowledge with all interested participants.
When looking at snow in the terrain, a very complex risk situation can arise. What types of avalanches are there? How do they develop and what do I have to consider in connection with wind and weather? What should I do in the event of an avalanche? Irrespective of this: How do I use an avalanche transceiver in combination with an avalanche probe and a shovel?
All these questions will find a practical answer in the training area.
Fear of heights is often unfounded, unless deep-seated fear is the cause. With a few exercises on the climbing rope and psychological support, we learn effective antidotes to the ascending malaise.
Ice climbing courses can be organised in two ways. The waterfalls such as Busc da Bleje can be climbed. On the other hand, also as a pure knowledge transfer at single rope lengths in climbing technique and safety technique.
