Dear mountain partner, I consider your confirmation mail a fixed commitment, so that my working environment can also be planned. Your confirmation in the mail is considered a contract. If, however, unforeseen events should occur, individual bookings can be cancelled up to five days before the date.
However, I reserve the right to withhold the advance payment for a later date in case of cancellation less than five days before. The amount of the advance payment normally corresponds to one hundred euros.
Therefore, if you do not participate, please contact me as soon as possible. Furthermore, of course, we both want to reach a good-natured agreement. Therefore, the balance will be paid after our tour together.
Group tours and courses
In the event of non-appearance after registration for one-day courses or group tours, the fee will be withheld.
If the number of participants falls below the required number, the course will be cancelled. In this case, you will get a notification after the registration deadline and the deposit will be refunded.
Sources of danger
The planned daily routine is changed in favour of our safety in the case of relevant sources of danger. As a result, the payment will also be adjusted to the changes.
