Cancellation conditions for a booked tour

Cancellation of individual bookings

Dear mountain partner, in order to ensure that my working environment remains predictable, I will accept your confirmation email with a handshake. Your confirmation in the mail is considered a contract. If, for truly unforeseen reasons, a cancellation is unavoidable, individual bookings can be cancelled up to ten days before the date.

In the event of a cancellation less than three days in advance, I can no longer expect a new order and therefore my working day is cancelled.The minimum mountain guide rate of €400 therefore applies.

If it is possible for me to fill the date with another tour, I will refund the deposit!

If a client cancels the evening before for any reason, the full amount will be withheld, as the booked day can no longer be filled with an assignment for me!

Therefore, please contact me as soon as possible in case of cancellation. Furthermore, we would of course both like to reach an amicable agreement. The balance of a tour will be paid at the end of the day.

In general, travel cancellation insurance is always the best way to avoid unpleasant situations.

Sources of danger

The planned itinerary must be changed in favour of our safety in the event of relevant sources of danger. This means that if, for example, a tour cannot be carried out for weather-related reasons, the tour will be cancelled or postponed free of charge. This is therefore not a cancellation due to force majeure.

Group tours and courses

In the event of a no-show after registering for a one-day course or group tour, the fee will be retained.

If the number of participants falls below the required number, the course will be cancelled. In this case, you will be notified after the registration deadline and the deposit will be refunded.
